Lacey led Deltas shadow into the ring. After tightening the girth and un- rolling the stirrups she mounted. Once on, she walked Delta around the ring a few times. After that she trotted her around, switching directions, and going over poles. Once Delta was warmed up the did some cantering. Then, Lacey dis mounted, set out some poles, re mounted and canter over them. The First time they had 6 strides, the next 5, and the next 7. After that, Lacey did one more letting Delta pick the pace, and they got 6 again. Lacey walked her on loose rein for a couple minutes, then dis mounted, ran up her stirrups, loosened the girth, slipped the reins over Delta's head, and left the arena.

Lacey once again walked inot the ring. This time, she was leading a new mare, if i could fly. The mare walked in gracefully. She had just been lunged to get all of her kinks out. The mare had bucked and spooked a few times, but now she was fine. Lacey mounted her and walked forward. After walking around at a working walk, they mooved to a trot. The mare trotted along as if she was a dressage horse, fully listening to Lacey suttle movments. After a while Lacey and Fly moved to a canter. The mares fast paces quickly took them around the ring. Lacey pointed them to the first jump, a vertcal, then an oxer. She kept repeting that at a canter. After that Lacey cooled her at a walk in the back field.
